Help with the product

Something broken, a question stuck at the wrong level, a login you can't get past — write to hello@crestchamps.com and tell us what happened and what you expected instead. If it's about the student's practice, mention the student's name; you don't need to send us anything else.

Please don't send us

Passwords, card details, or a photograph or ID of your child. We will never ask for any of them, and we don't need them to help you. Anyone who does ask isn't us.

A free demo or classes

The fastest way is the demo form on our Classes page — it reaches the people who run classes, and they'll call you back to find a slot that fits. You can also just email us if you'd rather write than fill in a form.

If you're a school or a group and want something arranged, say so in the first line and we'll route it properly.

Your data, and your child's

To see what we hold, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent, email hello@crestchamps.com from the email address on your account and say which you want. There's no form and no charge, and you don't have to give a reason.

Why the registered address matters

It's how we know a request is really from the account holder rather than from someone who has simply learned your email address — which is the difference between honouring your rights and helping a stranger erase your child's work. If you've lost access to that mailbox, write anyway and we'll verify you another way.

A person handles each request by hand, and we'll finish it within [30] days of confirming who you are. The full detail of what we collect and why is in the Privacy Policy, and your rights are set out in Your rights.

A complaint

If something has gone wrong and ordinary support hasn't fixed it, escalate it to our Grievance Officer. This isn't a formality — it's a named person with a clock, published as the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require.

Grievance Officer

[GRIEVANCE OFFICER NAME]
[REGISTERED ENTITY NAME]

Phone: [PHONE]
Acknowledged within [48 hours] · resolved within [30 days]

If we don't resolve a data-protection grievance to your satisfaction, you can escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India — but please raise it with us first, since we'd rather fix it than argue about it.

Content & copyright

If you believe something on the Platform infringes your rights, write to [GRIEVANCE EMAIL] with the work in question, where it appears on our site, and how to reach you. We investigate and act on valid notices — see our content terms.

If you want to use our questions, articles or papers outside your own family's learning — a classroom, a school, anything commercial — ask us. The answer is often yes, and it costs you an email.

[OPTIONAL: office hours, and a phone number if you want one published. A phone number is not legally required for the company generally, but the Grievance Officer's contact details are.]

We're a small team, so email genuinely is the fastest way to reach us — it goes to people who can actually change the thing you're writing about.
